TRIA is seeking a Senior Data Analyst (Loyalty & Customer Insights) to drive understanding of customer behaviour across stores, digital channels and loyalty programmes. You will work with CRM, Loyalty, Marketing and Commercial teams to analyse customer and transactional data and uncover insights that boost engagement and value.

You will develop segmentation, measure CRM campaigns, and create dashboards using Power BI while collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and analysing large datasets.
• Advanced reporting and visualisation skills using Power BI or similar BI platforms.
• Experience working with customer, retail, marketing or commercial data.
• Exposure to modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate complex findings into business actions.
• Understanding of data governance, validation and reporting best practices.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Analyse customer, sales, CRM and loyalty data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Deliver insight into customer acquisition, retention, frequency, spend and lifetime value.
• Develop customer segmentation models and behavioural profiling to support targeted marketing activity.
• Measure the effectiveness of CRM campaigns, promotions and customer engagement initiatives.
• Create and enhance dashboards, scorecards and automated reporting using Power BI
• Define and track key customer and commercial KPIs
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, Commercial, Technology and Data teams to solve business challenges through analytics
• Support ongoing improvements in data quality, reporting automation and analytical capability
