Job summary

Ethos is seeking a senior data analyst to help train an AI language model using professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will build dashboards, KPI reports, and self-serve analytics for business stakeholders, translating complex data into clear narratives that support decision-making.

The role is fully remote with 5-20 hours per week, starting ASAP. Ideal candidates have 4+ years creating and maintaining BI dashboards, strong SQL skills, and expert document/spreadsheet/slide

Qualifications

• 4+ years building and maintaining BI dashboards, KPI reporting, and self-serve analytics for business stakeholders.
• Fluency in SQL and at least one BI/visualization tool with a proven track record of turning raw data into clear, decision-ready business narratives.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Develop executive KPI dashboards and monthly performance decks.
• Support self-serve analytics and data quality checks.
