Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced data analysts to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role focuses on building and refining dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data-driven narratives for executive KPI dashboards and monthly performance decks.

The work is fully remote with flexible 5-20 hours per week and ASAP start. Candidates should demonstrate expert document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship and strong written communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building and maintaining BI dashboards, KPI reporting, and self-serve analytics for business stakeholders.
• Fluency in SQL and at least one BI/visualization tool with a proven track record of turning raw data into clear, decision-ready business narratives.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets and slide decks across core workflows.
• Build dashboards and reporting pipelines to inform executive KPI tracking and monthly performance decks.
• Support ad hoc SQL data pulls and maintain data quality checklists for stakeholders.
