Job summary

Thoughtworks is seeking a senior leader for AI Solutioning & GTM to originate and shape large Data & AI transformation opportunities across Europe, Middle East and India. You will drive a $3-5M+ deal size pipeline and contribute to $30M+ bookings by aligning client problems with a scalable, enterprise AI agenda.

The role requires close collaboration with Client Partners, Practice Leaders, architects, and delivery teams to craft differentiated, executable programs that deliver measurable business

Qualifications

Proven track record of originating and shaping large ($3-5M+) consulting or transformation deals in Data & AI.
Strong commercial acumen with ability to build pipeline, shape deals, and drive conversions.
Senior industry or consulting credibility at executive levels (CDOs/CIOs/CTOs).
Deep understanding of how data & AI capabilities translate into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Own Data & AI pipeline from origination to bookings and transformation programs.
Lead complex pursuits, shaping client narrative, business case and value proposition.
Advise executives on how data readiness underpins successful AI adoption and ROI.
Collaborate with Practice Leaders to shape differentiated, deliverable solutions.
