Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Dam & Reservoir Engineer in the UK to contribute to major water infrastructure projects. You will lead engineering analyses, support schemes from feasibility to detailed design, and mentor engineers across multidisciplinary teams.

The role offers hybrid working, collaboration with a UK Centre of Excellence, and opportunities to influence outcomes from concept to construction within a global company.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in dam and reservoir engineering.
• Strong knowledge of reservoir appraisal, inspection, design and asset management.
• Experience delivering projects across feasibility, outline and detailed design stages.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivering dam and reservoir engineering appraisal and design projects.
• Supporting schemes from pre-feasibility through to detailed design.
• Providing technical leadership across project work packages.
• Mentoring and supporting the development of engineers and technical professionals.
• Building strong client relationships to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Championing safety, quality and engineering excellence in all work.
