Job summary

Sanderson Recruitment Plc is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Edinburgh, operating on a hybrid basis with 2-3 days onsite. The role focuses on delivering IT projects, leading a Dynamics 365 Business Central transformation and ensuring users are ready for change.

You will own governance, requirements, and end-to-end delivery in a lean IT environment. The ideal candidate brings hands-on analysis, strong communication, and experience juggling multiple projects while managing budgets and

Qualifications

Strong experience delivering IT implementation and business applications.
Experience managing multiple IT projects simultaneously.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Hands-on requirements gathering and business analysis.
Experience establishing or improving project governance, processes and controls.
Confident managing budgets, resources, risks, dependencies and suppliers.
Understanding business readiness and user adoption.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of approximately 3-4 IT projects from initiation through to go-live.
Lead a major Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central transformation.
Ensure business readiness and user preparation for change.
Gather, challenge and document requirements with stakeholders.
Introduce and improve project governance, processes and reporting.
Maintain RAID logs and provide clear project reporting.
