Job summary

Cactus Search is seeking a Senior Finance Systems Analyst to optimize our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations setup. You will bridge Finance, IT, and the business to ensure data integrity, robust reporting, and efficient processes.

You will act as the subject matter expert for D365 F&O, support day-to-day operations, and lead enhancements with cross-functional partners. Strong analytical skills and Power BI expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Accounting or finance background.
• 5+ years of experience implementing or supporting D365 F&O (Finance & Supply Chain).
• D365 F&O certifications (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI/Power Query.
• Relational databases (MS SQL) knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Act as the SME for D365 F&O within the finance function.
• Support day-to-day system operations, including issue resolution and configuration management.
• Partner with Finance to identify and implement system and process improvements.
• Lead or support system enhancements, module implementations, and third-party integrations.
• Gather and document business requirements, translating them into practical system solutions.
• Manage system testing, UAT, and change control processes.
• Support users through training, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
