Job summary

EY in London seeks an experienced Senior Manager to lead the design, build and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions for global clients.

You will drive architecture, governance and delivery across presales and delivery teams, mentoring junior staff while collaborating with stakeholders to align ERP strategy with business goals.

This role offers broad exposure to cross-market projects and the chance to shape the future of enterprise resource planning at EY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Lead as an architect on at least 3 end-to-end AX/D365 global rollouts.
• Lead at least 1 functional area on multi-company and multi-country rollout programs.
• In-depth knowledge of ERP modules, architecture and integration capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving, critical and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence abilities.
• Strong knowledge of scoping and estimation processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of D365 Finance and SCM solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical specs.
• Develop and maintain architectural documentation including designs and data flows.
• Lead Architecture Review Boards or Design Authority governance forums.
• Identify and own technical delivery risks.
• Oversee the implementation of D365, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams.
• Lead and review configuration, testing and documentation activities.
• Stay up-to-date with Microsoft stack and best practices.
• Evaluate ERP solutions and drive presales initiatives.
• Mentor and train junior team members.
