The role involves diagnosing issues, offering clear repair recommendations, and maintaining stock and tools to support efficient repairs. A strong customer service ethic and the ability to work both independently and within a team are essential.

Qualifications

• Skilled in bicycle mechanics and repairs across a wide range of bike types and components.
• Confident communicator with strong customer service experience.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a workshop environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of bicycle repairs including brakes, gears, wheels, drivetrain, and suspension.
• Assemble new bikes to manufacturer guidelines and ensure safety for sale.
• Advise customers on parts, upgrades and accessories and provide accurate estimates.
