Job summary

VulnCheck is seeking a Senior Technical Talent Partner to own R&D hiring across UK teams, focusing on engineering, product, research roles. This hands-on recruiter will source passive candidates in cybersecurity, exploit developers, software engineers, and AI/ML engineers.

The role is UK-based and remote, with preference for candidates near Cheltenham and ability to attend regional events. Reports to the Director of Talent and combines recruiting execution with people partnership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting in cybersecurity.
• Proactive sourcer who finds passive candidates.
• Strong stakeholder instincts with hiring managers.
• Excellent candidate management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical teams (Engineering, Product, Research, IT) from kickoff to offer.
• Drive multi-channel sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
• Manage candidate experience end-to-end.
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles and interview structure.
• Maintain clean pipeline data and provide market feedback.
• Assist with compensation conversations and leveling.
• Support onboarding for new hires.
• Partner with the Director of Talent on programs.
