Qualifications

• Hands-on security experience in security operations and incident response.
• Experience investigating security incidents and analysing logs across complex IT environments.
• Understanding of security controls, vulnerability assessments and remediation.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigation of security alerts and incidents using SIEM and logs.
• Coordinate containment and remediation with technical teams.
• Enhance threat detection, tooling, processes and response procedures.
• Assess effectiveness of security controls including vulnerability management.
• Strengthen security architecture with appropriate controls across IT.
• Investigate recurring incidents to drive long-term improvements.
• Act as escalation point for analysts and mentor junior staff.
• Support security reporting with metrics and trends.
