Formación

• Experience in a SOC at Tier 2/3 level.
• Handling incidents independently with technical decisions.
• End-to-end vulnerability management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra, IAM and hardening.
• Experience securing cloud and on-prem environments.
• Understanding attacker tactics, techniques and procedures.
• Experience with Defender XDR, SIEM, EDR, VM and SOAR platforms.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, CVSS, CISA KEV and NIST.
• Ability to query and analyse structured security data.
• Broad IT background across infrastructure, systems, networking or IT support.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and respond to security alerts and incidents at Tier 2/3 level.
• Own and improve the Vulnerability Management lifecycle across discovery to remediation.
• Drive Exposure Management across cloud, on-prem and third-party environments.
• Collaborate with teams to remediate vulnerabilities in line with business risk.
• Monitor and respond to threats in Microsoft Entra and M365.
• Support security hardening, IAM and deployment across Microsoft environment.
• Investigate security events using Defender XDR and EDR tooling.
• Analyse structured security and log data to identify malicious activity.
• Assist with major cyber security incidents and coordinate responses.
• Utilise threat intelligence to identify emerging risks.
• Support Security Risk Management including third-party assessments.
• Improve detection capability with MITRE ATT&CK-aligned engineering.
• Identify opportunities to automate SOC processes using SOAR and AI tooling.
