Qualifications

• Must have a passion for security including awareness of vulnerabilities.
• Understanding of basic security concepts required.
• Knowledge of Patch Management and ITIL.

Responsibilities

• Administer customers in Vulnerability Scanning platforms.
• Monitor and manage Microsoft Security platform incidents.
• Liaise with stakeholders regarding security issues.

Skills

Basic security concepts (Subnetting, DNS, IPs, CIA triad)

Patch Management knowledge

ITIL understanding

General IT support experience at a 1st line level

Organizational skills
