Job summary

Atlantic Talent is partnering with a London-based financial services firm undergoing a major digital transformation, migrating to the cloud. We seek a skilled Cybersecurity Engineer to join and strengthen the cybersecurity team, safeguarding systems and data.

The role is hybrid: 1-2 days in the London office each week. You will monitor networks and platforms, deploy cybersecurity tools (antivirus, DLP, encryption, PAM), and influence technology strategy while communicating findings to

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in cybersecurity engineering or equivalent
• Bachelor's and MSc in related fields
• Experience with AD, Windows, Linux, networking and cloud services
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Financial services experience desirable

Responsibilities

• Hybrid role requires 1-2 days in the London office weekly
• Monitor networks, systems, and platforms to detect threats
• Deploy and oversee cybersecurity platforms including antivirus, DLP, encryption, PAM
• Contribute to security strategy and technology selections
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and resolve incidents within SLAs
