Job summary

Stealth iT Consulting is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the AI, Cyber Security and Digital Trust practice, shaping strategic solutions and driving growth across risk transformation for major clients. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, while building high-performing teams and scaling proposition offerings.

The role requires senior consulting experience, proven revenue delivery, and strong leadership capabilities to guide multi-disciplinary engagements and client pitches

Qualifications

• Experience working within a major consulting firm, or significant industry experience with a strong consulting background.
• Proven leadership of complex transformation programmes and strategic engagements.
• Strong ability to influence C-suite, technology, security and risk stakeholders.
• Track record in business development and proposition building.
• Experience leading or contributing to bids, RFPs, proposals and client pitches.
• Solid understanding of Cyber Security, Digital Trust, AI Risk, GenAI Security or related transformation disciplines.
• Experience operating in a matrix organisation with cross-team influence.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to generate significant consulting revenue (targeting or delivering around £1m+).
• Experience developing and mentoring consultants and managers.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation programmes and strategic workstreams from shaping to delivery.
• Act as trusted advisor to C-suite, risk, security and technology leaders, influencing decisions.
• Own senior client relationships, engagement quality, commercial performance and delivery outcomes.
• Drive business development through propositions, account growth, bids, proposals and client pitches.
• Identify and develop new consulting opportunities via existing relationships and your network.
• Build and scale Digital Trust capabilities through proposition development and asset sharing.
• Develop market-facing thought leadership and contribute to practice growth.
• Coach and mentor consultants and managers to create high-performing teams.
• Provide recognised expertise across GenAI Security, AI Risk, Cyber Security and Digital Trust.
• Contribute to campaigns, think tanks, whitepapers, and new service offerings.
