Job summary

Darktrace in London, United Kingdom, is seeking an experienced post-sales cybersecurity specialist to deploy, integrate and optimize Darktrace solutions for enterprise clients across network, cloud, OT and email.

You will lead robust architectures, mentor junior engineers, manage support tickets, and collaborate with sales, customer success and operations to ensure high-service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing cyber defense tools and protecting networks against threats.
• Strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and mentoring technical resources.
• Technical educational background and experience in a post-sales role.
• Advanced knowledge of networking protocols, LAN/WAN, cybersecurity principles, and the OSI model.
• Broad understanding of network and cloud architecture design, configurations, and best practices.
• Proficiency in OT network principles based on the Purdue model.
• Advanced-level knowledge/certifications with AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, Palo Alto Networks.
• Fluency in an additional European language is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, integrate, and optimize Darktrace to provide AI-powered cybersecurity protection for clients.
• Propose and implement robust solution architectures for complex deployments across all areas.
• Assist customers with deploying Darktrace in network, cloud, OT, and email environments.
• Lead trusted advisory roles to customers in security infrastructure design and planning.
• Complete deployment projects on or before SLAs and integrate new systems into existing networks.
• Manage customer support tickets to resolve technical issues.
• Engage with customers to maintain a healthy deployment.
• Coordinate with sales, customer success, and operations teams.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements:

• We proactively engage with customers to help maintain a healthy deployment.
• We maintain and enhance communication between go-to-market teams, including sales, customer success, and operations.
• We provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
