Job summary

Gamma is recruiting a Lead Solutions Architect for its Enterprise division. You will work directly with customers across private and public sectors, applying commercial and consultative skills to design AWS Amazon Connect-based CX solutions.

The role requires strong pre-sales ability, excellent presentation and customer-facing capabilities, and the drive to own opportunities from discovery to contract win. You will join a fast-growing team focused on transforming how organisations connect and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrable experience in a pre-sales / sales engineering / customer solutions role with strong technical and commercial skills.
• 2+ years designing and configuring Amazon Connect solutions.
• Excellent presentation skills for training delivery and senior-level briefings.
• Excellent customer-facing skills and ability to present to senior levels.
• Proven ability to write Technical Sales proposals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to win new customers and deepen penetration in existing accounts using innovative technical solutions.
• Provide pre-sales and solutions support with broad technical expertise across Gamma's products; own the solution to contract award.
• Support development of CX opportunities in conjunction with CX presales and direct sales teams.
• Consult with customers to develop CX requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
• Offer consultative technical support for bids and proposals incorporating multiple core products.
• Participate in customer solution presentations and meetings as required.
• Mentor and develop junior team members through guidance and feedback.
• Interface with Proposition Management to feedback customer requirements.
