Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in London seeks a Senior Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of advertiser accounts, provide consultative guidance, and drive successful product trials. You will liaise with Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat and TikTok, nurture relationships, and scale operations for growth.

You will join the EMEA South & Central team, focusing on Benelux, and collaborate with product and customer success colleagues to ensure rapid issue resolution and optimization of campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid digital advertising experience across Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, Google or similar.
• Experience in a customer success or related customer-facing role.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture your own customer accounts through day-to-day communication and online marketing expertise.
• Collaborate with customers to refine online marketing strategy and resolve advertiser issues (budgets, performance, manual tasks).
• Develop vertical expertise (e-commerce, travel, classifieds, mobile apps, etc.).
• Build strong relationships with customers and partners (Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok).
• Work with internal teams to maintain fast feedback loops.
