Job summary

3Search in London is seeking a Paid Social Manager to own the strategy and end-to-end execution of our paid social programme. You will optimise campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn and emerging platforms, while coordinating with marketing, creative and local market teams to drive growth.

You will manage budgets, implement a test-and-learn approach, analyse CPA, ROAS and CTR, and report performance.

Qualifications

Hands-on expertise managing Meta and TikTok advertising platforms.
Strong analytical capability with data-led optimisation.
Experience developing structured testing programmes across paid social.
Practical knowledge of GA4 and reporting/visualisation platforms.

Responsibilities

Own paid social strategy and campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
Manage budgets, pacing and performance across multiple markets.
Build a structured test-and-learn programme covering creative, audiences, formats and messaging.
Analyse CPA, ROAS, CTR and wider performance data to identify opportunities for growth.
Coordinate creative refreshes and testing with Marketing, Creative and local market teams.
