Job summary

Infinity is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead strategic account development for enterprise clients, driving renewals, upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales and Training to showcase value and drive adoption across the customer base.

You will work closely with the Head of Customer Success to shape strategy, identify customer needs, and ensure ongoing adoption while expanding Infinity's footprint across geographies and use cases.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B SaaS account management for enterprise clients.
• Strong ability to negotiate renewals, pricing and contracts.
• Able to influence cross-functional teams to deliver value to customers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Head of Customer Success to execute and evolve strategy.
• Own commercial growth of your portfolio, expanding products and services.
• Monitor health metrics and take action to mitigate churn and drive growth.
