Job summary

Mitti by SafetyCulture is hiring to unlock technical value for customers by designing and delivering scalable integrations. You will bridge GTM and Product, Design & Engineering to accelerate time-to-value within defined scope and budget, applying your SQL, API, and scripting skills to build robust solutions.

You will collaborate with Account Executives, CSMs, and Onboarding Managers to drive deployment, shape the roadmap, and create reusable tooling that reduces effort across customer accounts.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, relational databases, APIs, enterprise integration patterns, and scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Golang.

Responsibilities

• Delivering Technical Solutions: scope, design, build, test, and hand off standard integration and automation projects end-to-end within defined timelines and budgets.
• Partnering Across GTM & Engineering: collaborate with Account Executives during pre-sales, join forces with CSMs and Onboarding Managers to accelerate deployment, and feed customer feedback to Product, Design & Engineering.
• Building Scalable Tooling: identify recurring patterns to build shared scripts, templates, and automations that reduce delivery effort.
• Managing Scope & Architecture: advise customers on sustainable system architecture, manage package boundaries, and escalate custom requirements.

This role exists to unlock technical value for Mitti's customers by designing and delivering scalable integrations. It bridges the gap between Go-to-Market (GTM) and Product, Design & Engineering (PDE) to accelerate time-to-value within defined scope, timeline, and budget.

About You

• Technical Expertise: You have strong hands-on experience with SQL, relational databases, APIs, enterprise integration patterns, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Golang).

• Language & Communication: You possess proven ability to explain complex technical concepts effortlessly to both engineers and business stakeholders.

• AI Leverage: You fluently use AI coding assistants and automation tools to accelerate spec drafting, data analysis, and code development securely.

• Mindset & Approach: You are a self-directed, customer-first problem solver who context-switches easily, balances standard methodologies with edge-case judgment, and prioritises team success.

How Will I Spend My Time?
