Job summary

Mitti by SafetyCulture is seeking a technically hands-on professional to design and deliver scalable integrations that unlock value for customers. You will bridge GTM, Product, Design and Engineering to accelerate deployment within defined scope, timelines and budgets.

You will thrive as a hands-on integrator, using AI tools to automate and speed up delivery, while communicating clearly with engineers and business stakeholders. The role offers hybrid working arrangements and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, relational databases, APIs, enterprise integration patterns, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Golang).
• Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to engineers and business stakeholders.
• Fluently use AI coding assistants and automation tools to accelerate work securely.

Responsibilities

• Delivering technical solutions: scope, design, build, test and hand off integration projects end-to-end within defined timelines and budgets.
• Partnering across GTM and Engineering: collaborate with Account Executives in pre-sales and with CSMs to accelerate deployment and shape the roadmap.
• Building scalable tooling: create shared scripts, templates and automations to reduce delivery effort across accounts.
• Managing scope and architecture: advise on sustainable system architecture and escalate custom requirements effectively.

This role exists to unlock technical value for Mitti’s customers by designing and delivering scalable integrations. It bridges the gap between Go-to-Market (GTM) and Product, Design & Engineering (PDE) to accelerate time-to-value within defined scope, timeline, and budget.

About You

• Technical Expertise: You have strong hands-on experience with SQL, relational databases, APIs, enterprise integration patterns, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Golang).
• Language & Communication: You possess proven ability to explain complex technical concepts effortlessly to both engineers and business stakeholders.
• AI Leverage: You fluently use AI coding assistants and automation tools to accelerate spec drafting, data analysis, and code development securely.
• Mindset & Approach: You are a self-directed, customer-first problem solver who context-switches easily, balances standard methodologies with edge-case judgment, and prioritises team success.

How Will I Spend My Time?

• Delivering Technical Solutions: Scoping, designing, building, testing, and handing off standard integration and automation projects end-to-end within defined timelines and budgets.
• Partnering Across GTM & Engineering: Collaborating with Account Executives during pre-sales, joining forces with CSMs and Onboarding Managers to accelerate deployment, and bridging customer feedback to Product, Design & Engineering to shape the roadmap.
• Building Scalable Tooling: Identifying recurring technical patterns to build shared scripts, templates, and automations that reduce delivery effort across all customer accounts.
• Managing Scope & Architecture: Advising customers on sustainable system architecture, managing package boundaries, and escalating custom requirements effectively.
