Senior Customer Services Representative

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Customer Services Representative to join our team. Your role will involve providing outstanding customer service, managing customer relationships, and protecting NFU Mutual's reputation by handling telephone queries and requests efficiently, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

Your main responsibilities include delivering clear, accurate, and timely information to customers and Financial Advisors, managing customer dissatisfaction or vulnerability, and contributing to service improvements to enhance team performance.

You are a customer-focused individual with a positive attitude, passionate about delivering exceptional service. You have strong communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to learn and grow.

Requirements
  • Experience in a customer-focused environment, preferably within Financial Services.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral/telephone.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn and develop technical expertise.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
