Job Description:

Our client is a dynamic, fast-growing packaging brand management and pre-press company. They are seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to join their energetic, creative, and talented team. The company is passionate about delivering world-class service to its clients, and they are open to candidates from any sector of print or packaging.

As a Senior Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Supporting Account Managers by managing and actioning artwork flow from customer brief to release to printer.
  2. Managing the day-to-day operations of your designated account, acting as the main internal contact.
  3. Scheduling artwork tasks using an online, transparent artwork scheduling tool.
  4. Performing fit-for-use checks on customer information and creating internal briefs for Artworkers.
  5. Releasing completed artworks to printers in accordance with KPIs.
  6. Updating the Account Manager on project status and potential challenges.
  7. Communicating professionally with customers when necessary.
  8. Building strong internal relationships with production resources to ensure efficient workflow following standard operating procedures.

The ideal candidate will be approachable, flexible, proactive, and enthusiastic. They should demonstrate common sense, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Confidence in your abilities and a positive attitude are essential, along with the willingness to work additional hours when necessary.
