Job summary

Equans is seeking a Senior Customer Liaison Officer to join the Long Bennington team on a permanent basis, with travel to Skegness and Lincoln. You will coach CLOs, ensure high service standards, and support a sustainable community legacy through the project.

The role involves managing holidays/absences, coordinating with regions, and recruiting CLOs, while delivering first-class customer service to residents and clients.

Qualifications

  • Experience in delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Proven track record in supervising or coaching a team.
  • Background in resident liaison, preferably in construction or social housing.
  • Good understanding of GDPR requirements and data handling.
  • Experience investigating and resolving claims/complaints.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach CLO team to deliver first-class customer service.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to understand project scope and resource needs.
  • Support Social Value activities to benefit local communities during and after the project.
  • Manage holiday and sickness within the CLO team and ensure coverage.
