Job summary

We Are Stellify in Liverpool is seeking a Customer Insight Lead to unite data on service users across every channel and transform it into evidence that drives decisions across the business. This role requires breaking down silos and presenting insights to stakeholders from the customer function to the board.

You will work across finance, operations, and tenants, sit on the residents committee, and ensure regulatory developments are translated into actionable numbers for decision makers.

Qualifications

• Follow the data to its conclusion, even when it is inconvenient.
• Commercially minded, connect service user data to decisions with a cost or a return.
• Has broken down data silos before and can align systems/teams.
• Understands regulatory pressures shaping social housing today, operationally relevant.
• Comfortable holding data from several sources: digital, phone, visits, complaints, surveys.
• An individual contributor who can present findings to people outside the customer function, including residents.

Responsibilities

• Bring together data on service users across every channel and turn it into evidence for decision makers.
• Break down gaps between data sources so contact, complaints, repairs and survey data read as one picture.
• Work across customer function and the wider business: finance, operations, and the board.
• Sit on the new residents committee, bringing evidence into a forum where tenants have a direct say in decisions that affect them.
• Keep pace with regulatory environment shaping the sector and translate what it means for the numbers you own.
• Build the case for a decision on evidence rather than instinct, and hold that line in rooms where instinct is strong.
