Job summary

Mixpanel is seeking a Senior Customer Strategy & Operations Manager to partner with CS leadership, own post-sales insights, and build AI-powered tooling. You’ll diagnose drivers of upsell and churn, and translate signals into actions across the global customer base.

You’ll work hands-on with SQL, dashboards, forecasting pipelines, and collaborate with GTM teams to scale the post-sales motion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years operating in Revenue Strategy, Sales Strategy, CS Operations, or Business Operations at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.

Responsibilities

• Analyze at the account level to understand expansion, churn, and where to intervene.
• Forecast GRR, NRR, and expansion pipelines with data-driven methods.
• Lead the CS operating cadence: reviews, deep dives, and leadership offsites.
• Partner with Systems on CS platform integrations with Salesforce and product data.
• Build AI-powered skills, agents, and automations for the CS org.
• Collaborate with Global CS leadership to align post-sales with GTM.
