Job summary

United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Clinical Specialist Radiographer CT at Band 8a to provide expert CT reporting and clinical leadership in Lincoln. You will work with the Lead Consultant Radiographer and CT modality, delivering high standards of patient care and service development.

The post requires HCPC registration, a Master’s Degree (or working towards), and a strong portfolio.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is required for this role.
• Master’s Degree (or working towards) in CT or related field is preferred.
• Postgraduate Diploma in CT reporting is desirable.
• Maintain an up-to-date professional development portfolio.
• Teaching qualification is advantageous.
• Managerial or leadership training is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑level CT clinical practice and reporting.
• Lead CT service development and professional leadership.
• Deliver education, training, and development for radiography staff.
• Develop and publish CT protocols, guidelines and PGDs.
• Manage designated CT advanced practitioners and performance.
