Job summary

Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled CT Radiographer with a Masters-level CT qualification. The role involves leading the CT radiography service, training staff and students, and contributing to research and audits within Radiology.

The post requires UK registration with the HCPC and a strong background in IV cannulation and contrast administration. You will work as a lead practitioner to deliver high-quality CT examinations in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

General Radiographic training including a wide range of CT experience
Experience of Intravenous Cannulation of a broad range of patients
UK Registration (HCPC) and ongoing CPD
College of Radiographers or accredited IV injection course

Responsibilities

Shift lead in the CT radiography department and ensure timely, diagnostic CT studies
Education and training of Radiographers, undergraduates and postgraduate students
Lead specialist area of CT and contribute to research, audits and clinical governance
Liaise with manufacturers and external companies; manage stock/equipment/consumables
Oversee rostering and conduct appraisals/interviews as part of service delivery
