Job summary

Arcadis in Newcastle, UK, is seeking a CSA Senior Cost Consultant to join the Cost & Commercial Management team on a major hyperscale data centre programme in the North East. This site-based role focuses on post-contract cost management across Civil, Structural and Architectural packages.

You will influence GMP procurement, FIDIC contract administration, change control, valuations and final accounts, working alongside the site leadership, contractors and design teams to drive robust commercial

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Chartered status or professional qualification.
• CSCS card.

Responsibilities

• Support the Commercial Director in the commercial management of major CSA capital work packages from procurement to final account.
• Support GMP development, negotiation and conversion to agreed package values.
• Preparing and reviewing valuations, payment recommendations and change control.
• Contributing to cost reports, forecasts, CVRs and executive dashboards.
• Supporting the administration of FIDIC contracts and governance processes.
• Reviewing tender analysis and recommendation reports.
• Helping manage commercial risks, opportunities and contingency.
• Collaborating with design, PMO, construction, procurement and commissioning teams.
• Supporting final accounts with lead contractor.
