The Walt Disney Company in London is seeking a Senior Project Planner/Scheduler for the Cruise portfolio, delivering master schedules across design, production and testing. You will coordinate across design, vendors and shipyards to ensure on-time turnover and opening milestones.

You will monitor progress, manage risks, and implement recovery plans with executive leadership; travel frequently and work from the London office 4 days per week with one hybrid day.

Formación

• Significant years of project planning/scheduling in marine, shipyard, cruise ship or large vessel environments.
• Experience with Critical Path Method scheduling (using P6).
• Strong understanding of design, procurement, fabrication, and testing phases.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and maintenance of integrated schedules across design, production, construction, installation and testing.
• Identify critical path and emerging risks early; propose recovery plans with shipyard and exec mgmt.
• Coordinate OFE integration with Disney vendors to align master schedule and shipyard activities.
• Develop schedule health indicators and present cadence to executive management.
• Oversee manpower loading and earned value progress curves; define schedule milestones for contracts.
