Job summary

MSC Cruises in London is seeking a Project Planning and Coordination Manager to coordinate planning, scheduling, and reporting across the full shipbuilding lifecycle, from concept through delivery and guarantee. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
• 6–8 years of experience in planning or project controls in construction/engineering.
• Experience in shipyard or marine/offshore environments is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning, coordination, and reporting support across multiple shipbuilding projects.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize integrated schedules across design, engineering and production.
• Coordinate inputs from architectural design, R&D, FAT/HAT, and technical teams.
• Track milestones, critical paths, and progress with regular status updates.
• Integrate planning data with dashboards, project controls, and reporting systems.
• Lead planning meetings and communicate forecasts and risks to leadership.
