Job summary

Charles Russell Speechlys is seeking a Senior CRM Systems Executive to join the Client Data & Systems function within the Client Development & Marketing team. You will support InterAction and Vuture and work with the CRM Systems Manager and Data Steward to administer systems and assist users.

This maternity-cover role focuses on ensuring data quality, managing folder structures and integrations, and driving adoption of InterAction across the firm to support business development.

Qualifications

• Experience in a marketing or CRM role within a professional services environment.
• System and data management experience, including administrator experience of CRM systems (preferably InterAction) and e-marketing systems (preferably Vuture).
• Experience of working in a professional services environment in a marketing, training or administrative role.
• Experience of working with and for partners and fee-earners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and administer our CRM system, InterAction, including folder management and archiving, security access, data quality management, and the smooth running of integrations between other systems.
• Oversee and work with the CRM Data Steward to resolve any data quality issues.
• Champion the use of InterAction and its capabilities within our team and across the firm to support business development.
• Lead on the execution of campaigns and mailings, when required.
• Anticipate requests for complex searches and reports and deliver workable solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the Client Development team, fee earners and secretaries for InterAction and Vuture and provide best practice guidance.
• Define training requirements for InterAction and produce supporting guidance notes.
• Deliver user training to the Client Development and Marketing teams and other users across the firm for InterAction and Vuture.
• Lead on mini-projects for the team.
• Represent the team at meetings around the firm.
• Work collaboratively with IT to resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Support the CRM Systems Manager on projects or initiatives, when required.
