Job summary

Plinc is seeking an experienced CRM strategist to join our Client Success team in a senior, strategic role on a part-time, permanent basis. You will bridge customer insight and creative marketing execution, turning data into actionable CRM strategy for big consumer brands.

You'll shape Plinc's strategic function, work with Unilyze, and collaborate across teams to deliver lifecycle, segmentation and contact strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CRM strategy or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering CRM and customer strategy for clients.
• Strong data planning and analytics, turning data into strategy.
• Understanding of measurement and test-and-learn approaches.

Responsibilities

• Identify client challenges and convert them into new briefing opportunities.
• Partner with analytics, technical and client teams to turn data into strategy.
• Develop CRM and engagement strategies, journeys, lifecycle and contact plans.
• Build targeting strategies and measurement frameworks to improve CRM.
• Present recommendations clearly to senior client audiences with visuals.
• Contribute to pitches and client growth initiatives like reviews and ideation workshops.
• Help shape Plinc's strategic function across teams.
