A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior CRM Manager to join an exciting brand based two days per week in Brighton. You will define the CRM strategy and increase overall conversion. Focusing on re-engagement, customer retention, and loyalty across all channels including email, direct mail, and SMS. You will be responsible for designing a multi-segmented CRM strategy, building a loyal customer database, and driving sales across all market channels. You will need to make proactive recommendations for automated and event-triggered communications. You will develop the initial CRM strategy program, overseeing customer communications through CRM.
To be considered, you will ideally have Klaviyo experience; however, experience with any ESP would be considered.
