A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior CRM Manager to join an exciting brand based in Brighton, working two days per week. You will define the CRM strategy to increase overall conversion, focusing on re-engagement, customer retention, and loyalty across channels including email, direct mail, and SMS. Your responsibilities include designing a multi-segmented CRM strategy, building a loyal customer database, and driving sales across all market channels. You will also make proactive recommendations for automated and event-triggered communications and oversee the development of the initial CRM strategy program, managing customer communications through CRM.
To be considered, you will ideally have experience with Klaviyo; however, experience with any ESP will be considered.
