Technical CRM expert needed!

Our client is a much-loved ecommerce business experiencing an impressive period of growth.

They are seeking a Senior CRM Manager to join the team, reporting to the Head of CRM, to drive customer initiatives during this pivotal growth phase. It is essential that this hire be a hands-on technical CRM expert.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering data-driven strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.

Responsibilities include managing customer communications across email, SMS, and push notifications.

The role includes:

  • Ownership of the customer database
  • Implementing a test-and-learn approach to CRM to strengthen customer relationships
  • Enhancing the customer journey through data-led campaigns and continuous optimization throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Segmenting customers effectively using data and insights to personalise communications
  • Analyzing CRM performance and reporting results to the Head of CRM and wider business
  • Analyzing customer behavior to identify opportunities and adopting an always-on approach to optimization
  • Collaborating with marketing, data, and tech teams to build a best-in-class customer experience
  • Overseeing the use of Klaviyo to deliver sophisticated marketing solutions
