Job summary

The Bamford Collection is seeking a Senior CRM Manager to lead the CRM strategy for our luxury lifestyle brands. This 9-month fixed-term contract starts mid October 2026 and is office-based at South Kensington, London (40 hours per week).

You will manage a small team, drive personalised omnichannel campaigns, lifecycle marketing and customer lifetime value, while maximising the value of our CDP and ESP within GDPR compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of CRM experience, ideally in luxury retail/e-commerce.
• Experience delivering personalised omnichannel campaigns and lifecycle journeys.
• Strong data-driven mindset with ability to optimise campaigns.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the CRM strategy across the Bamford Collection, including segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and personalisation.
• Manage CRM budget, KPIs, and reporting; use data and testing to optimise performance.
• Lead and coach the CRM Executive to achieve high performance across multiple brands.
