About The Role:

Having successfully scaled through world class acquisition, we're now ready to elevate our retention function to the same level. This presents an extraordinary opportunity to build and shape a customer retention strategy from the ground up at Nutrition Geeks. As the first hire for retention, you will have the chance to make a transformational long-term impact to the business. For the right person, this represents a career-defining opportunity.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement an end to end retention strategy across email, SMS & direct mail to boost customer LTV
  • Lead the launch of our subscription and affiliate programmes, taking full ownership from concept to implementation
  • Collaborate closely with the design team to develop & execute an email campaign calendar designed to nurture, provide value and generate sales
  • Optimise flows through continuous testing and data-driven improvements
  • Write high-converting campaigns and analyse performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
  • Manage timely campaign scheduling, segmentation, list cleaning, and profile maintenance
  • Collect high volumes of customer reviews and video testimonials to support acquisition efforts
  • Gather customer feedback and insights using tools like KnoCommerce to guide business decisions
  • Stay current with health and e-commerce CRM trends to keep our approach cutting-edge
  • Own relationships with key tech providers for subscriptions, affiliates, SMS, and other retention tools

Skills You’ll Need:

  • 2+ years of experience in CRM or retention roles, ideally in e-commerce (nutrition/wellness experience a bonus)
  • Customer centric mindset
  • Deep experience with Klaviyo & Shopify platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to dive deep into data for smarter decisions
  • Ability to problem-solve & pivot quickly in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems
  • A passion for health/wellness is a plus
  • Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus pool of £10k (uncapped)
