The Company

A London-based estate agency that specializes in the sale, letting, and management of residential and commercial property is looking for a data-focused Marketing Manager to join their team.

With a strong online presence, they offer a range of digital tools and services to help customers buy, sell, and rent properties, and have built a network of branches.

The Team

After a successful year of acquisitions, the marketing team is a central support to the business. After investing in new technology to improve their audience segmentation, behaviour tracking, and automation, they are looking for a senior executive to focus on the CRM.

The Role

As a Senior Customer Marketing Executive, you will focus on optimizing the automated communications to keep customers engaged throughout their journey.

Essential Responsibilities

  1. CRM: hands-on experience within a marketing automation platform/email service. They use Braze but this isn’t a requirement.
  2. Copywriting experience.
