Job summary

Gini, a UK consultancy, seeks a partner to lead credit risk work and build a strong lender network across the UK. You will bring in work, shape offerings, and stand behind the quality of client deliverables. The role combines hands-on technical judgment with high-level client leadership and equity participation.

You will influence what we offer, who we serve, and how we price engagements, while mentoring a senior bench and guiding growth for the firm.

Qualifications

• Ten years in credit risk modelling or model risk with leadership.
• Proven record of winning work and building client relationships.
• Ability to shape propositions and pricing with senior stakeholders.
• Credibility with CROs, model risk committees and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Originate and shape new engagements with lenders and prospects.
• Lead senior client conversations on scope, findings and fees.
• Define service lines and pricing strategy for engagements.
• Review deliverables and own outcomes; mentor the bench.
• Help recruit and set standards for partner-level growth.
