YouLend Limited in London seeks a Credit Risk Delivery Manager to lead global risk initiatives, align with risk appetite, and partner with Product, Engineering and Data teams across UK, Europe, and US portfolios.

The role emphasizes delivering on high-profile credit strategy projects, translating analytics into deliverable requirements, and ensuring governance and compliance in a fast-paced environment with strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven delivery experience in credit risk or lending technology through project management, business analysis, product ownership or implementation.
• Strong understanding of underwriting, risk appetite, credit strategy and models in automated decisioning.
• Working knowledge of decision engines, rules, data flows and APIs to challenge constraints and implement options.
• Translate analytical recommendations into requirements and coordinate testing and release readiness.
• Practical SQL for data checks and decision reconciliation; knowledge of Python is a plus.
• Experience managing Agile backlogs, dependencies and delivery risks using Jira/Confluence or similar tools.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Prioritisation and proposal development: own the global Credit Risk roadmap and backlog and align with risk leadership and technology teams.
• Requirements and platform knowledge: translate proposals into clear requirements, rules and acceptance criteria across markets.
• Delivery and stakeholder management: coordinate delivery, track milestones, and report progress to leadership.
• Teamwork: build trusted relationships across Credit Risk and wider business.
• Governance, Compliance and Quality Assurance: align with Risk Governance Frameworks and policy documentation.
