Oner Active is seeking a Senior Creative Studio Manager to lead the Creative Studio on a 12-month maternity cover in London. You will oversee day-to-day operations, production schedules and budgeting, ensuring high-quality content on time and within budget.

You will manage a small team, coordinate shoots across e-commerce and BAU content, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to maintain brand alignment. This role requires strong leadership and a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in creative production or studio management.
• At least 2 years managing a creative studio or production function.
• Experience managing a studio budget, ideally £500k+.
• Experience in high-volume content environments (e-commerce, fashion, retail).
• Strong understanding of photography, video, lighting, and retouching.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Experience managing and developing a team.
• Ability to work with senior creative, brand and marketing stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness and budget-minded decisions.
• Independent and proactive in a fast-moving environment.
• Willingness to be in the studio up to five days per week.

Responsabilités

• Own studio leadership and daily operations, ensuring efficiency and delivery.
• Oversee 8–15 shoot days per month across channels.
• Manage end-to-end asset flow and production schedules.
• Maintain high standards for equipment, samples and workflows.
• Lead freelance talent coordination and external partners.
• Protect creative quality while controlling costs.
• Collaborate with Brand Director on visual execution.
• Forecast and manage the Creative Studio P&L.
