Oner Active is seeking an experienced Senior Creative Studio Manager for a 12-month maternity cover in London. You will lead the Creative Studio day-to-day, overseeing e-commerce, ghost mannequin, BAU and always-on production to deliver high-quality content on time and within budget.

You will manage a team of three and own the studio P&L (circa £1.2m forecast for 2027), working closely with Creative Operations and Finance to forecast and optimise spend.

Qualificações

• 5+ years experience in creative production or studio management.
• At least 2 years experience managing a creative studio or production function.
• Experience managing a significant studio or production budget, ideally £500k+.
• Strong experience in high-volume content environments, ideally ecommerce, fashion or consumer-facing business.
• Understanding of photography, video, lighting, digital capture and retouching workflows.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple shoots and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Take day-to-day ownership of the Creative Studio, ensuring activity is planned, resourced and delivered efficiently.
• Manage and prioritise the studio shoot calendar across e-commerce, ghost mannequin, BAU and always-on production (8–15 shoot days per month).
• Build and manage detailed production schedules; ensure daily targets are achievable and budgets are controlled.
• Provide senior creative oversight across studio output and maintain alignment with the Oner Active brand.
• Oversee end-to-end asset management, sample flow and production documentation.
