Job summary

Dezeen Studio in London is seeking an experienced lead producer to join our creative team on a six-month maternity cover contract. You will oversee the delivery of editorial and branded content projects from brief to final production, coordinating video, editorial, social and branded outputs.

Reporting to the Studio director, you will manage budgets and schedules across multi-format productions, build strong client relationships and ensure work meets Dezeen’s high creative standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with branded content, social-first video and digital publishing is essential.
• Significant experience producing creative content within a content studio, agency, media company or production environment.
• Strong creative eye and portfolio with a genuine interest in architecture, design and visual storytelling.
• Proven ability to deliver complex, multi-format projects from brief to completion and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development and delivery of a varied portfolio of creative editorial and branded content projects.
• Develop briefs with clients and internal teams, shape concepts and deliver compelling creative solutions.
• Oversee production across formats including video, live talks, editorial and social-first content.
• Manage budgets, schedules, resources and external suppliers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Lead production teams and freelancers, fostering a collaborative and ambitious working environment.
• Act as key client contact, building trusted relationships and communicating throughout production.
• Collaborate with creative, editorial and commercial teams to meet client objectives and Dezeen standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve production processes and workflows.
