Job summary

Oner Active is seeking a Senior Creative Studio Manager in London for a 12‑month maternity cover. You will lead the Creative Studio, shaping daily operations, planning and commercial performance, with responsibility for a significant studio budget and cross‑functional collaboration across creative, production and marketing teams.

You will manage production calendars, schedules, workflows, and a small team, ensuring timely, high‑quality deliverables that reflect the brand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in creative production or studio management.
• Experience leading a studio or production function.
• Experience managing a significant studio budget (£500k+).
• Strong organisational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Creative Studio operations and delivery.
• Manage 8–15 shoot days per month across multiple production streams.
• Oversee e‑commerce, ghost mannequin and BAU shoots to maintain quality and schedule.
• Lead production schedules and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align with brand standards.
