Job summary

Flutter International in Leeds is seeking a Senior Creative Project Manager to join our Content and Creative Services team. You’ll act as the central link between stakeholders, regional partners and internal creative teams to ensure briefs are clearly scoped, resourced and delivered on time.

You will lead a small team, govern processes, and oversee campaigns across live streams, TV, social content and campaigns. The role is hybrid, combining time at home with time in our Leeds office.

Qualifications

• Proven years of project management experience in a creative or design environment.
• Strong understanding of creative and production workflows across multiple disciplines.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Monday, Workfront).
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key liaison between Creative Services and regional partners and lead reviews on briefs, SLAs and ways of working.
• Oversee intake, scoping and scheduling of briefs, ensuring resources and timelines are aligned.
• Own key campaigns end‑to‑end, including budget approvals where required.
• Lead and develop a small team, provide coaching and performance feedback.
