Job summary

Flutter Entertainment in Leeds is seeking a Senior Creative Project Manager to join the Content and Creative Services team. You will act as the central link between stakeholders, regional partners and internal creative teams, ensuring projects are scoped, resourced and delivered on time.

You will lead a small team, govern processes, drive clarity across briefs and remain hands-on across live streams, TV, social content and campaigns.

Qualifications

Proven years’ project management experience in a creative or design environment.
Strong understanding of creative and production workflows across multiple disciplines.
Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Monday, Workfront).
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven people management experience (3+ years).
Calm, proactive and solutions‑focused approach.

Responsibilities

Act as a key liaison between Creative Services and regional partners.
Lead regular reviews on briefs, SLAs and ways of working.
Drive clarity on scope, handovers and ownership (including chargeable work boundaries).
Create high-quality presentations and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Establish clear, consistent processes across partners and projects.
