Job summary

PokerStars is seeking a Senior Creative Project Manager to join our Content and Creative Services team in Leeds. You’ll sit at the center of operations, linking stakeholders, regional partners and internal teams to ensure briefs are clear, resourced and delivered on time.

You’ll oversee campaigns end-to-end, maintain budgets and approvals, and drive consistent processes across partners. This role blends hands-on project delivery with people management in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Years of project management experience in a creative or design environment.
• Strong understanding of creative and production workflows across disciplines.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Monday, Workfront).
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key liaison between Creative Services and regional partners.
• Oversee briefs, SLAs and ways of working with stakeholders.
• Define scope, handovers and ownership boundaries for chargeable work.
• Create high-quality presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end campaigns and manage budgets with the Production Exec.
