Deliveroo is seeking a Senior Creative Project Manager to join our London team on a hybrid basis, three days per week at our HQ. You will lead end-to-end delivery of creative briefs—from fast-turnaround sprints to global campaigns—and drive studio operations and process improvements.

You will collaborate with Creative, Campaign, Design and Creative Operations to power our in-house marketing output, manage budgets and resources, and mentor junior PMs and freelancers.

Competenze

• Significant experience managing end-to-end creative projects and integrated campaigns within an in-house studio or creative marketing agency.
• Proven ability in resource management, capacity planning, and traffic management for high-volume, fast-turnaround assets.
• Deep understanding of creative operations, including intake flows, studio tooling, project documentation, and process optimization.

Mansioni

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of creative briefs—from high-volume growth marketing and CRM sprints to complex, multi-market campaigns including AV and TVC.
• Develop accurate project plans, timelines, and milestones while managing budgets and resources for seamless delivery across teams.
• Act as the primary contact for projects, building relationships across internal teams and partner agencies while aligning on goals and milestones.
• Manage traffic and intake: evaluate briefs, flag out-of-scope requests, plan sprints, and allocate resources based on capacity.
• Own PMO operations by refining Asana templates, documentation, and intake workflows to improve studio efficiency and scalability.
• Support studio-wide operational initiatives, including resourcing models, tooling, reporting, and AI-enabled workflows in partnership with the Creative AI Technologist.
• Identify project risks early and implement solutions to maintain momentum and quality.
• Motivate and guide creative project teams and freelancers, sharing best practices across PMO.
